Rom&nd Milk Tea Velvet Tint är en mjuk, matt läppfärg (lip tint) som ger intensiv färg till läpparna – och håller hela dagen. Läppfärgens textur är otroligt lätt och luftig, utan att kännas torr eller ojämn på läpparna.

Berikad med närande E-vitamin (tokoferol), vilket gör att dina läppar hålls återfuktade trots den matta finishen.

Färgen appliceras smidigt och mjukt, och lämnar en sammetslen yta på läpparna.
