Shipping policy

The delivery costs for your order will be announced in the online store in connection with your order. You can see all valid delivery prices from the Delivery and returns page.

We aim to deliver the products within 1-5 working days after we receive the order. If we have not delivered the product within seven days or within a reasonable time after that, you can cancel your order by sending us a message. After the pick-up time, depending on the transport company, the delivery time to the drop-off point or recipient's home is on average 1-5 working days after delivery. Note that during campaign periods the time can be longer, about 1-10 working days.

You will receive a notification via SMS and/or email when the package is ready for collection. For home deliveries, if the package information contains a telephone number or an e-mail address, Postnord sends a notice to the recipient with the option to choose a suitable delivery time. We take no responsibility for the loss of items delivered without the recipient's confirmation or signature.
