Please note that the value of the gift cards does not correspond to the minimum order amount that entitles you to free delivery. That is, if you order both gift cards and products, make sure that the value of the products is more than 700 kr, if you want free shipping for your order. This is because gift cards are always delivered electronically and are not physical products.

The transport time estimate is calculated from the day the delivery leaves our warehouse. The transport companies are responsible for the transport companies' delivery times.

Taxes and duties

Orders delivered to the EU region include all taxes and fees. Orders are shipped duty paid (DDP).

 

Return

If you wish to return your order in whole or in part, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the products. You can make a return notification by sending an email to info@yepposoonsoo.se. Alternatively, you can return the products directly to our store.

For all returns made via post, we always charge a return cost of 140 kr. Read more about return costs in the next section.

After notification, the products to be returned must be sent or delivered to our store without delay, at the latest within 14 days of the return notification. The products must be packed carefully so that they are not damaged during transport.

Exchanges and returns are possible when the product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Opened and used products cannot be returned. ​For health and hygiene reasons, the right of return does not apply to jewellery. 
The right of exchange is only possible in a store, and applies to a replacement product of the same or more expensive value. It is not possible to receive the difference between an exchangeable and a new product as a gift card.

If the product has become unsaleable due to the customer's use or operation, the customer is responsible for the full value of the product and we will deduct the original price of the product from the amount to be refunded.

We process returns in order of arrival, however no later than 7 days after the products have been returned to our warehouse. We will send you a notification by e-mail when the return has reached us. We will refund the refundable amount within 7 days of the products reaching us using the payment method you used in the original purchase transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Depending on the service provider, the refund delay is about 2 days. You always receive a message from the payment intermediary and us that the money has been returned.

 

Return costs

The costs of 140 kr are always deducted from the return amount for products returned by post. No return costs are charged for returns to the store..

The original delivery costs of the order will also be deducted if the value of the order has reached the free delivery limit at the time of the order, but after the return the value of the order does not qualify for the selected free delivery. Delivery costs are deducted according to the original delivery method used.

If e.g. the value of your order has exceeded the limit of 700 kr and you have received free shipping via PostNord, but after returning the products the value of the order no longer meets the required minimum amount of 700 kr for free pick-up spot delivery, the price for PostNord's pick-up point delivery, that is say 69 kr in addition to the return cost of 140 kr, to be deducted from the amount to be returned.

 

Return of loyalty points

If the customer returns rewards redeemed with loyalty points during the order, such as a product, gift card, discount code and discounts in SEK, they are not converted back into points after the return, but the points and benefits are counted as used. That is, if you have used, for example, a gift card that was redeemed with points when ordering, but you make a return, the gift card you used will not be returned to the loyalty account to be used again.

 

Shipment not collected

The customer must take into account the package storage times at the delivery point and the delivery times for home deliveries. If the package is not picked up within the storage time, the order has been delivered to the wrong address (the wrong address has been entered for the order) or the customer has not received the delivery arrival notification due to an incorrectly entered phone number, the package will be returned to the sender. We charge a delivery and handling fee of SEK 80 for uncollected shipments.

 

Complaint

If you have received a defective product, contact our customer service at info@yepposoonsoo.se. Notification of a defective item must be made within a reasonable time, no later than 2 months after receipt of the item.

If the package is damaged in transit, contact the shipping company that delivered the order.

Please note that any allergic reaction or sensitization caused by the use of the product is not covered by fault liability or complaints. All products sold by Yeppo & Soonsoo are CPNP approved, which means they meet the requirements of EU cosmetics legislation.

Although the safety of the products is ensured, it still does not exclude the possibility of an individual consumer being allergic or sensitive to an ingredient. If you notice that the product causes allergy symptoms, redness or other symptoms, stop using it immediately.
