1. Return and Cancellation Rights

When you order products from Yeppo&Soonsoos online store, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement or exercise your right of return within 14 days without stating any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the last product in the order.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notice that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from the agreement, we will reimburse the payments we have received from you in accordance with these terms. We have the right to withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them back.

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, the same terms and costs as for returns apply.

Failing to collect an order is not considered cancellation of the order. A return fee of SEK 140 will be charged for uncollected consignments.

2. How Do I Make a Return?

You can return all or part of your order from the online store by mail. The return notification must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Our customer service will confirm the return and provide you with instructions on how to send the products back. You then have 14 days to return the products in accordance with the instructions you have received. The products must be carefully packaged so that they are not damaged during transport.

Product exchanges
Products purchased in the online store cannot be exchanged for another product, either in connection with a return from the online store or in a store. If you wish to exchange a product for another, you must return the original product in accordance with the return terms and place a new order for the product you want.

3. Product condition and limitations on the right of return

A return is possible if the product is unopened (cosmetics and lifestyle products), unused and in its original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned. For health and hygiene reasons, the right of exchange and return does not apply to jewellery or hair accessories. Sale products with a short expiry date (marked “EXP”) are also not covered by the right of exchange or return.

If a product has become unsaleable or decreased in value as a result of the customer's use, inadequate packaging or other handling, the customer is liable for the decrease in value. The decrease in value may be deducted from the refund in accordance with these terms.

4. Return costs

For returns sent by post within Sweden, the return cost is SEK 140.

The return cost will be deducted from the refund amount. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

5.Returns of Free Gifts and Promotional Products

Promotional discounts cannot be redeemed for cash. If you return a product that you received at no extra cost (for example, in a “buy 2, pay for 1” promotion) after the promotional period has ended, no refund will be issued for the free product. For paid products, the price you paid in accordance with the promotion will be refunded.

If you return the entire order, any gifts you received with the purchase must also be returned. A gift must also be returned if the conditions for receiving it, such as a minimum purchase amount, are no longer met after the return.

If a gift received with the purchase is not returned, an amount corresponding to the product's resale value will be deducted from the refund.

6. Refunds

We process returns in the order in which they arrive, but no later than within 7 days of the returned products arriving at our warehouse. We will send you an email when we have received your return.

We will refund the returned amount within 7 days of the products arriving at our premises. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Depending on the payment service provider, it may take approximately two days for the refund to appear. You will receive a message from both the payment intermediary and us when the refund has been processed.

7. Uncollected Shipments

Failing to collect an order is not considered cancellation of the order.

The customer is responsible for taking into account the holding period of the package at the collection point and the delivery time for home deliveries. The package will be returned to the sender if it is not collected within the holding period or if delivery fails due to an incorrect address, telephone number or email address provided by the customer.

A return fee of 140 SEK is charged for uncollected shipments. Returned shipments will not be sent out again.

If an uncollected order contains products that are not covered by the right of return, the price of these products will not be refunded.

8. Complaints

If the package is damaged or lost during transport, if the product is defective or does not correspond to your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible:

Notification of a defective product must be made within a reasonable period, but no later than 2 months from receipt of the product.

If you have authorised the transport company to deliver a home delivery without the recipient's signature, we are not responsible if the shipment subsequently goes missing after delivery.

Any allergic reactions or hypersensitivity reactions that occur when using a product are not covered by our liability for defects or the right to make a complaint. All products sold by Yeppo&Soonsoo are registered in the CPNP and comply with the requirements of EU cosmetics legislation.

Although the safety of the products has been ensured, an individual consumer may be allergic to one of the ingredients. If you experience allergic symptoms, redness or other reactions when using a product, you must stop using the product immediately.
