Products
Yes.
We import our products directly from brands or credit importers. We ensure that the purchasing chain is as transparent and short as possible, so we can ensure that you always receive safe and fresh products.
We have many vegan products, you can always find out if a product is vegan on the product page or filter products by 'vegan'.
We also have many completely cruelty-free brands.
The EU cosmetics regulation, which has been in force since 2013, is already the most advanced legislation in phasing out animal testing, as it prohibits the placing on the market of cosmetic products that have been tested on animals to meet the regulation's requirements.
In the online store, you will sometimes see sold-out products, so that our customers can get to know the range better and make the right purchase decision.
For out-of-stock products, you can order an email notification when the product is available again. This does not apply to products in the outlet section, which are on sale and will no longer be added to the range.
However, some products may be out of stock often or for a long time. Products that often sell out can be bestsellers and the importer or even the manufacturer simply cannot always provide us with a sufficient amount of the product. We try to buy in a sufficient quantity of the most popular products, but this is not always possible.
Products that have been out of stock for a long time are often due to either renewing the product or it not being available at the official importer. Yeppo & Soonsoo only order products from reliable importers, which is why we sometimes have to wait longer for the next batch.
Sweden is the world leader in recycling plastic packaging, so remember to do your part and recycle your product packaging 💜
All plastic packaging you want to throw away must be sorted as plastic, regardless of whether it is hard or soft plastic. You throw away the plastic at your nearest recycling station.
- Separate different materials and plastic types depending on composition.
- Look for recycling instructions on the label on the plastic packaging.
- Rinse off residue with cold water to avoid odor.
- Take the plastic to your local recycling station.

We have made changes so that our Swedish online store can serve our Swedish customers even better, but for a while the old orders are not visible on accounts.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
We have updated how customers log into their accounts. Now you don't need a password, instead when you log into your account you just add your email address and you get a six-digit code to log into your account.
No need to memorize passwords anymore!
Due to the updates on our Swedish site, older gift cards do not necessarily work in the updated store.
In that case, contact our customer service at info@yepposoonsoo.se then they will fix it for you.
Ordering and order tracking
No, all our shipments are sent from Finland, so all duties and taxes are already included in the sales price.
Our warehouse packs and ships orders on weekdays; Monday to Friday. Normally, the products are picked up and sent from our warehouse within 1-2 working days, usually already on the day of the order!
We always announce possible longer collection times on our online store.

Orders are delivered wrapped in tissue paper and in environmentally friendly brown cardboard, both of which can be recycled as cardboard waste.
The discount code is entered at checkout after the information has been entered.
We send top it off products with every order. Their number and type varies from campaign to campaign.
We reserve the right to deliver gifts with the number set by the current stock situation. If the customer misuses the automatic gifts that are added to the online store order, we reserve the right to cancel the entire order or deliver only the amount we believe is correct.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation message, where you will find a link to track the order.
There is often a delay when tracing events are updated, and the first events are sometimes recorded only a day after the message arrives.
You can also track your order from the transport companies' own tracking portals, such as the OmaPosti application or by logging into your Yeppo customer account. You can also track your order with the tracking code found in the shipping message on the transport companies' own websites.
If you can't find the delivery confirmation message in your email, remember to check your spam folder as well.
Once the order has left back to our warehouse, unfortunately we cannot do anything about it. You can place a new order in our online store and we will automatically refund the original order (excluding any shipping costs) when it is returned to our warehouse. We charge a handling fee and return shipping cost of 150 kr for returned shipments.

Please add your order number and a description of the error or shortcoming to your message, and we will remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
Returns
Once you receive the order confirmation, our warehouse will begin processing your order immediately. For this reason, changes cannot be made to orders after you have completed the purchase process and received the order confirmation.
This also applies to changes to collection points, so please be careful when placing your order that you choose the collection point that is best for you, as we cannot change them afterwards. We cannot influence it if the selected pick-up location is full and the carrier must deliver the package to a replacement location.
Unopened (the packaging must also be unopened) and unused goods have a 14-day right of return (excl. jewellery). Check out our return policy .
When you want to return your order, contact our customer service info@yepposoonsoo.se. We will send you a return code with which you can return your shipment. If you have collected your order from Yeppo's brick-and-mortar store, you must return it to the store.
For all returns made by post, we charge 140 kr return shipping and handling cost. Products can also be returned free of charge to any Yeppo store. In addition to any return costs, we will charge the original delivery costs if the free delivery limit, if any, is no longer met after the return. This also applies to returns to the store.
You will receive the money for the return 14 days after we have received your return.
Please note that for a normal return (not a defective product) we deduct the return costs and any original shipping costs. Read more about return policies on the Deliveries and returns page.
