Use of the website requires that you accept the terms set out below. The website and its terms are continuously updated, and it is the user's responsibility to check the current terms before using the website.
The website is normally available around the clock. In case of technical problems, we strive to resolve them as soon as possible. If planned technical maintenance needs to be carried out, we inform customers via the website.
Purpose of the Website

These general terms and conditions apply to the use of the webshops yeppo.fi, yepposoonsoo.se, se.yepposoonsoo.com, and yepposoonsoo.com as well as to orders placed there. We ask you to read the terms carefully, as they apply to all services offered by Yeppo & Soonsoo.
By visiting the website and/or making a purchase from Yeppo & Soonsoo, you agree to comply with our terms, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available via link. These terms apply to all users of the website, including visitors, customers, and content creators.
By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept all the terms, you may not use the website or our services.
All new features or tools added to the website are also subject to these terms. You can read the latest version of the terms on this page at any time. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace parts of these terms by posting changes on the website. It is your responsibility to regularly check this page for any changes. Violation of the terms may result in immediate suspension from our services.
Our webshop is operated by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products and services online. We are not responsible for technical errors, problems, or deficiencies caused by Shopify.

Intellectual property rights
All content on the website, including images, texts, product descriptions, trademarks, videos, logos, and tables, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to Yeppo & Soonsoo and its partners. Unauthorized use or copying is prohibited.
Conclusion of contract and delivery of products
Orders can be placed in Swedish or English.
By clicking "Complete Purchase" at checkout, you make a binding order of the products in your shopping cart. An order confirmation is automatically sent to your email. A binding agreement is made either when we send the order confirmation or when the order is delivered, whichever occurs first.
Our right to cancel the order: In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill the order or parts of it, we have the right to do so if, for example, the product is out of stock, you have requested delivery to a country we currently do not deliver to, the order has not been paid in full, there are issues with the billing information you have provided, or there has been a significant pricing error of the product, we will inform you of this via email and we will not charge you for the product(s).
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
- The product is out of stock
- The delivery address is in a country we do not deliver to
- The order has not been paid in full
- Incorrect billing information has been provided
- A clear pricing error has occurred
If an order is suspected to constitute fraud or products are ordered for resale purposes, we may also cancel the order.
Our website may sometimes contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or deficiencies in information regarding product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, shipping costs, delivery times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct these errors, update the information, or cancel orders if any information on the website or a related service proves to be incorrect – at any time and without prior notice, even after an order has been placed.
Products and services
Some products or services may only be available through our website and may be in limited quantities.
We strive to reproduce colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen fully correspond to reality.
We reserve the right to limit the number of products or services we offer. Product descriptions and prices may change at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to discontinue the sale or manufacture of a product at any time.
Prices and shipping costs
The product's sale price is determined in the web store according to the price stated at checkout at the time of order. Stated prices include VAT according to Swedish law. We reserve ownership of the products until the full sale price has been paid.
Prices of our products may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the service, its content, or parts of it at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible to you or any third party for any price changes, interruptions, or discontinuations of our products and services.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious and significant pricing error. This refers to an incorrect pricing of a product on the website, where the price deviates so markedly and clearly from the normal price level that an average consumer would understand that it is a mistake. An example of a significant pricing error is if a product is listed at the sale price of 0 SEK. If the pricing error is obviously large, we are not bound by it and no agreement arises between the buyer and the company.
Please note that if you visit the webshop via a search engine and use a web address outside Sweden, taxes may not be updated correctly in the product prices displayed. The final product price is always shown at checkout after you have entered your billing and delivery address. Prices may still be adjusted after this information has been provided.
The shipping costs for your order are displayed in the online store at the time of purchase. The final shipping price is always shown at checkout.
We strive to ship products within 1–10 business days from the time the order is received. The order day is not included in the delivery time calculation. If we have not shipped your order within 10 days or within a reasonable time thereafter, please contact us at info@yepposoonsoo.se. After processing in our warehouse, the delivery time to the pickup location or recipient depends on the transport company and is on average 1–4 business days from dispatch.
You will receive a notification via SMS and/or email when your package is available for pickup. For home deliveries, if contact details such as phone number or email address have been provided, the carrier may send a notification allowing the recipient to choose a suitable delivery time. We are not responsible for lost shipments delivered without a receipt.
Payment
We accept the payment methods available in the shopping cart, including PayPal, Klarna, Swish, credit cards, and payment options via Shopify Payments. All available payment methods are specified at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse certain payment methods, to accept payments only from specific countries, or to refer to an alternative payment method. If you pay by card, we reserve the right to reserve an amount at the time of order to secure the payment. You are responsible for any costs incurred in connection with the payment transaction. When paying by credit card, the amount is charged directly at the time of purchase.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information regarding name, address, contact details, and payment information when placing orders on our website. It is your responsibility to immediately check and update your customer account and other information, including email address as well as credit card number and expiration date, so that we can process your transactions smoothly and contact you if necessary.
When paying via credit providers, such as Klarna or Paytrail, you enter into a repayment agreement directly with the respective payment service. We recommend that you carefully review the credit terms on each company's website.
Discounts, discount codes, coupons, and how to use them
Discounts, discount codes, and coupons may be distributed in connection with marketing campaigns and are hereinafter referred to as "Discounts" or "Benefits." Discount codes and coupons cannot be purchased and are only valid for a predetermined and limited period.
A discount or benefit must be used within its validity period. Discounts cannot be used for the purchase of gift cards. Please note that some discounts may require a minimum order amount. Unused discounts and benefits are not refunded afterward.
The total price of the ordered products must be at least equal to the value of the discount. If the discount does not cover the entire order amount, the remaining sum can be paid with one of our approved payment methods. Discounts and benefits cannot be redeemed for cash, and no interest is added to their value. The value of the discount is not refunded, even if part or all of the products in the order are returned.
Discounts and benefits can only be redeemed at the time of ordering, before the order is shipped. They cannot be used afterward or transferred to another person. Discounts and benefits cannot be combined, and they do not apply to already discounted products or services, unless otherwise stated.
If a discount has been used on an order and the order is canceled or part of it is returned so that the order value after cancellation or return is less than the value of the used benefit, we reserve the right to charge the original price for the products kept.
Campaign discounts cannot be exchanged for cash. If you return a product after the campaign period that you received for free, no money will be refunded. Paid products will be refunded at the price according to the campaign period. If you return the entire order, any free gifts must also be returned. Also, if the conditions for the gift with purchase, such as the minimum purchase amount, are no longer met after the return, the gift(s) must also be returned. For unreturned gift products, the price according to the resale value of the product(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.
The validity period for discounts and benefits in the webshop yepposoonsoo.se is determined according to the Swedish time zone (CET, UTC+01:00).
By ordering, you also agree to the campaign terms.
Gift cards and their use
You can purchase gift cards with different amounts via our website. If the gift card's value does not cover the entire cost of your order, the difference can be paid with one of our approved payment methods. Gift cards purchased in the webshop can be used both online and in our physical stores.
The gift card can only be redeemed and used at the time of ordering, before the order is shipped. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash and no interest is added to its value. Gift cards cannot be returned.
The value of gift cards is not included in the order amount required to qualify for free shipping. Discounts and benefits cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
If you want to return all or part of your order or exercise your right of withdrawal, we always charge the return fee according to our terms. If you want to return all or part of your order, you can do so either by mail or in-store. The return notice must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
If you have picked up your order from a Yeppo&Soonsoo store, you can return the products directly to the store within 14 days of pickup without prior notice. Before returning an order from the webshop, you must notify us. Returns are subject to a fee, see the next section "Return costs."
Statutory right of withdrawal
When you order services from Yeppo & Soonsoo via our website, you have the right to cancel the purchase and withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you (except the carrier), have received the last product in the order.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the same terms and fees apply as for returns. Please note that not picking up an order does not count as a cancellation.
You can make a return notification:

- via the cancellation button, which you can find by logging into your account, selecting the relevant order, and clicking "Cancel products"/"Manage" (the view depends on whether you are using a browser or mobile), or
- by filling out the return form at the bottom of the page Delivery and returns.
If you send a return notification by email, please include the following information in the message:
- Your order number
- Which products you want to return
- If you return the products by post or in-store
You must always use one of the above methods if you want to return a product. Our customer service will confirm the cancellation and send any return instructions by email. The email will state the content of the cancellation as well as the delivery date and time.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have proven that you have sent the goods back.
You then have 14 days to send back the products according to the given instructions. Products returned by mail must be carefully packed so they are not damaged during transport.
Our webshop applies Sweden's statutory return policy. You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and unopened. For hygiene reasons, hair accessories, earrings, and necklaces cannot be returned. Sale products with an expiration date are also not covered by exchange or return rights.
Promotional discounts cannot be exchanged for cash. If you return a product you received for free after the promotional period, no money will be refunded. For paid products, the price will be refunded according to the promotional period. If you return the entire order, any gifts received with the purchase must also be returned. If the conditions for the gift, such as minimum purchase amount, are no longer met after the return, the gift(s) must also be returned. For gifts not returned, the product's resale value will be deducted from the refund amount.
The product must be in its original condition for a return to be approved. If the product has become unsellable due to use, inadequate packaging, or other impact from the customer, the customer is responsible for the full value of the product. We reserve the right to deduct the original price of the product from the refunded amount.

If you cancel your purchase, we are obliged to refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received the returned products.
Returns

The return cost for postal returns within Sweden is 140 SEK. You can also return products from your webshop order at any physical store in Sweden. For in-store returns, a return fee of 140 SEK is charged if the entire order is returned or if the order value after the return is less than 399 SEK.

Refund
Refunds of fees and advance payments made via bank transfer are made to the same account used for the payment. Please note that in some cases you may need to provide your account details separately for us to process the refund.
If you paid via PayPal or credit card, the refund will be made to your PayPal or credit card account. When paying with Klarna's payment options, the refund is credited to the same Klarna payment method. If you used a credit provider's payment solution, the refund is credited using the same method.
If the purchase was made with a gift card, the refunded amount will be credited to your current gift card, or if necessary, replaced with a new gift card of equivalent value.
Accuracy of the information
We take no responsibility if the information on this website is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. The content is intended for general information only and should not be the sole basis for decision-making. We recommend that you also refer to more reliable, updated, and detailed sources of information. All use of the information on this website is at your own risk.
Statutory liability for defects and other information
Our liability for defects is governed by applicable legislation. If you discover a defect in a product, please contact our customer service at info@yepposoonsoo.se, even if the return period has expired. We are responsible for all defects that existed on the product at the time of delivery, even if the defect is discovered later. However, you must report the defect within a reasonable time after discovering it, but no later than two months from when you received the product. Our liability does not cover defects caused by improper use, careless handling, or normal wear and tear of the product.
Please note that the actual ingredients in a product may differ from those stated in the product description. This may be because the product has recently been updated or because the ingredient information is presented according to Korean or EU legislation, which may differ. If you have an allergy to a specific ingredient, we recommend that you contact us before purchase. A single deviating ingredient does not entitle you to a free return.
Allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur when using a product are not covered by liability for defects. All products we sell are CPNP-approved, which means they comply with EU cosmetics regulations. Although the safety of the products has been verified, some individuals may be allergic to specific ingredients. If you experience allergic reactions, redness, or other symptoms, stop using the product immediately. The cause of an allergic reaction should always be investigated through allergy tests by a dermatologist, which is at the consumer's own expense. We always recommend performing a skin irritation test on a small area before you start using a new product.
User-generated content
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove content that we, at our sole discretion, consider illegal, offensive, threatening, abusive, indecent, or otherwise inappropriate, or that violates any party's intellectual property rights or our website terms.
By publishing product reviews, comments, or other content, you certify that your material does not infringe on any person's or third party's rights, including copyright, trademark rights, privacy, identity, or other personal or property rights. You also agree that your comments or reviews do not contain offensive, illegal, objectionable, or indecent material, computer viruses, or other harmful code that may affect the service's or related websites' functionality.
You must not use a false email address, impersonate someone else, or otherwise mislead us or third parties about the origin of the content you publish. You are solely responsible for your comments and their accuracy. We accept no responsibility for comments sent by you or third parties.
