Once you have completed your order, meaning that you have paid for it successfully, no changes can be made to the order, its products, or the pickup location.

This also means that the order cannot be canceled after it has been placed, as our warehouse begins processing orders immediately after they arrive.

However, you can always return all or part of the unopened products in your order within 14 days of receiving the order.

All* unopened products have a 14-day return policy from the date you receive the products.

If you wish to return your order in whole or in part, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the products. You can submit a return request by sending an email to info@yepposoonsoo.se

Please note that the return cost is SEK 140, which includes return postage and fees.
