Once you have completed your order, i.e. successfully paid for it, no changes can be made to the order, its products or the collection point.
This means that the order cannot be canceled after it has been placed either, as our warehouse starts processing orders immediately after they arrive.
However, you can always return all or part of the unopened products in your order within 14 days of receiving the order.

All* unopened products have a 14-day right of return from the time you have received the products.
If you wish to return your order in whole or in part, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the products. You can make a return notification by sending an e-mail to info@yepposoonsoo.se.
Please note that the return cost is 140 kr, which includes return postage and costs.
Alternatively, you can return the products directly to our store. Return to the store is free.
