Anua Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner is a light milky, glowing and strengthening toner for all skin types, especially for tired skin that needs a glow. This gentle toner contains nourishing rice water and rice extract, radiance-boosting niacinamide and skin barrier-strengthening ceramides, and together they help brighten uneven skin tone and balance excess sebum production.

Ceramide AP and NP are ceramides that soothe irritated skin, prevent moisture loss and strengthen the skin's barrier against, for example, dry indoor air and cold. The facial water also contains hyaluronic acid and betaine, which enhance the product's soothing and moisturizing properties.

The milky texture of the facial water feels pleasant on the skin without leaving a sticky or clogged feeling.
