Cosrx Hydrium Watery Toner is a facial toner with a minimalist formula that effectively moisturizes the skin, using panthenol (vitamin B5) and different sizes of hyaluronic acid molecules.

The facial water restores the skin's moisture balance immediately after cleansing and helps dry skin retain moisture. Panthenol protects and soothes the skin, which can reduce itching or redness caused by dryness. The different types of hyaluronic acid provide the skin with moisture and prevent it from evaporating, while giving the skin a fuller texture.

Toners are used after cleansing. It adds moisture to the face, restores the pH balance and prepares the skin for the next step in the skincare routine. Moisturizing toners should be patted into the skin with the hands, exfoliants should be applied with a cotton pad.
