The Vitamin C 13 Serum is an illuminating vitamin C serum that is suitable for slightly more sensitive skin types for daily use. Even this milder (13%) vitamin C serum from Cosrx contains, just like the 23% serum, ascorbic acid, vitamin E and hyaluronic acid, which together keep the skin radiant and youthful.

Vitamin C evens out and brightens the skin tone and prevents the formation of melanin in the skin.

Tocotrienol is a form of vitamin E that is up to 50 times stronger and more effective than tocopherol, helping to make the skin firmer and more elastic. Tocotrienol slows cell oxidation caused by free radicals, which prevents possible cell damage and prolongs the youthfulness of the skin, which in turn prevents wrinkles and lines. Hyaluronic acid supports the action of vitamins C and E and binds moisture, which makes the skin softer, stronger and smoother and increases collagen production.

The formula is also rich in other antioxidants and brightening ingredients such as niacinamide, glutathione and moisturizing agents such as squalane and panthenol, as well as soothing ingredients such as allantoin.

The serum is suitable for anyone who wants to brighten and revitalize tired and aged skin or skin with pigment changes.

How to use

The serum is added after toner, essence and ampoule, before moisturiser. The serum contains active ingredients in higher concentrations than essence, but lower than in an ampoule. The serum can treat (depending on the ingredients) several different skin problems at the same time, such as uneven skin tone and surface dryness. Apply by patting the product onto the face with your hands.
