Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner contains Phyllostachys Pubescens Shoot Bark extract obtained from bamboo shoots and black rice extract, which provides a large amount of antioxidants and nutrients to the skin. 

Fermented black rice extract accelerates skin renewal and makes the skin brighter and cleaner. Hyaluronic acid, on the other hand, binds water to itself, making the skin look elastic. 

Recommended for: all skin types, especially dry and mature skin

Toners are used after cleansing. It adds moisture to the face, restores the pH balance and prepares the skin for the next step in the skincare routine. Moisturizing toners should be patted into the skin with the hands, exfoliants should be applied with a cotton pad.
