SKIN1004 Centella Tone Brightening Boosting Toner is a toner that combines 90% centella asiatica extract and niacinamide. It is formulated to soothe the skin, while improving the skin's radiance and evening out the skin tone.
Centella asiatica is known for its soothing properties, but also strengthens the skin's protective barrier, promotes collagen production and helps the skin recover from damage, especially those caused by UV radiation. Fruit extracts from apple, papaya and grape and niacinamide help to improve the skin's clarity and radiance.

Toners are used after cleansing. It adds moisture to the face, restores the pH balance and prepares the skin for the next step in the skincare routine. Moisturizing toners should be patted into the skin with the hands, exfoliants should be applied with a cotton pad.
