Recommended to be used 1–2 times a week.
If you use the scrub glove on your face, be especially gentle. Do not use it on your face if your skin is sensitive.

1. Let the skin soften under warm water for a while before using the scrub glove.
2. Wet the scrub glove thoroughly and scrub the skin of the body with gentle, circular motions. If you do not see dead skin cells coming off, you can scrub a little harder.
3. Finally, rinse away the dead skin cells from the skin.
4. Use body cream after showering if the skin feels dry after exfoliation.

Note!
To avoid skin irritation, do not scrub the skin too hard with the scrub glove. Avoid using the scrub glove if you have rashes or wounds on the skin.

If irritation occurs, pause use and consult a dermatologist if necessary. For external use only. Do not use on damaged skin. Store the product protected from sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water if the product comes into contact with the eyes.
