Belif Aqua Bomb Hydrating Toner is a toner that effectively hydrates dry skin and is suitable for all skin types, especially dry and combination skin with uneven texture. This fresh toner infuses the skin with cooling moisture without feeling greasy or clogged.

The toner contains deeply moisturizing hyaluronic acid, barrier-strengthening beta-glucan, soothing panthenol and antioxidant plant extracts from baobab and honeysuckle, which together create a long-lasting moisture barrier, reduce skin irritation and redness, and protect the skin against moisture loss. The result is a balanced, radiant and softer skin.

Toners are used after cleansing. It adds moisture to the face, restores the pH balance and prepares the skin for the next step in the skincare routine. Moisturizing toners should be patted into the skin with the hands, exfoliants should be applied with a cotton pad.
