Powder Velvet Tint ger läpparna en mjuk, sammetslen matt finish med ett långvarigt resultat. Formulan innehåller finfördelade puderliknande pigment som appliceras jämnt och smälter in i huden, vilket skapar en mjuk, suddig effekt. Den lätta och luftiga konsistensen känns behaglig och torkar inte ut läpparna, och kan även användas som rouge.
