Oat-in Silky Toner is a deeply moisturizing toner that contains oat extract and beta glucan. The slightly thick and viscous toner is perfect for skin that tends to become dry and that needs extra gentle and moisturizing care.
The glycerin-enriched formula creates a protective barrier on the skin, which helps retain moisture for longer. Betaglucan enhances this moisturizing effect by binding water in the skin and makes it immediately softer and smoother.
Toners are used after cleansing. It adds moisture to the face, restores the pH balance and prepares the skin for the next step in the skincare routine. Moisturizing toners should be patted into the skin with the hands, exfoliants should be applied with a cotton pad.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist if necessary. For external use only. Do not use on damaged skin. Store the product away from sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water if the product comes into contact with the eyes.
