Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner is a soothing, hydrating and nourishing toner that contains up to 93% Astragalus root extract instead of water. The astragalus extract promotes the skin's elasticity, collagen production and its ability to protect against external stress or skin inflammation. Betaine and minerals in the extract moisturize the skin effectively.

The slightly thicker consistency of the face water is excellent for both dry and superficial skin, as it fills the skin with water-based moisture and helps retain moisture for longer.

Recommended for: sensitive, dry and superficial skin.

Free from perfume, dyes, parabens and alcohol.

Toners are used after cleansing. It adds moisture to the face, restores the pH balance and prepares the skin for the next step in the skincare routine. Moisturizing toners should be patted into the skin with the hands, exfoliants should be applied with a cotton pad.
